Vice News: A woman was killed by a van in New York City in May.
The accident happened as she was driving along a crowded street in Queens.
Her boyfriend was in the passenger seat, and she was not injured.
Police say the van was headed to an area in Brooklyn where the couple had previously rented an apartment.
When it hit the van, it smashed into the curb and bounced.
The driver of the van then went into the opposite lane, where he got out and struck the woman.
He fled on foot.
He has been arrested on suspicion of homicide.
He was arraigned on Thursday and released on $200,000 bail.
